Mr. Elgohary holds BSC. in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Law , his experience is over 20 years of project management engagements in prestigious projects in Kuwait , he is an expert in the application of project management and he has an extensive experience in risk management ,contract administration , construction law , claims management , litigation support and arbitration .

Mr. Elgohary is a member in many international prestigious project management , contract administration and arbitration firms .

Mr. Elgohary combines between technical experience and management reinforced with his legal experience in law , which qualify him to manage the projects and portfolios in a different approach based on his wide and deep experience in the construction industry , accordingly Mr. Elgohary held leadership positions in different organizations

Mr. Elgohary had been invited by Kuwait university as guest lecturer to conduct lectures in construction law

also he conducts seminar in Kuwait Mediation and international arbitration chamber in construction claims.
